Is your Medicare website doing anything between AEPs?

Most Medicare agent websites are a business card with a phone number. They don't book appointments, they don't collect scopes, and the content was last touched before the plan year changed. Are you:
  • Still chasing Scope of Appointment forms by text, email, and fax the week before AEP?
  • Nervous that a page on your site says something CMS wouldn't sign off on?
  • Sending Turning 65 leads to a site that doesn't explain Parts A, B, C and D any better than Google does?
  • Rewriting your Medicare Advantage and Part D pages yourself every fall because nobody else will?

You deserve a Medicare website that books the appointment, gets the scope signed, and stays compliant without you babysitting it.

What's included

Everything a Medicare agent's website needs, already written

Your site launches with a full set of Medicare pages, a resource library your clients can actually use, and the forms that turn a visitor into a booked appointment. We update the content each plan year so you don't have to.
  • Compliance-ready Medicare content that follows CMS guidelines, updated every plan year
  • TPMO disclaimer placed where CMS expects it
  • Online Scope of Appointment, e-signed, 48-hour rule handled
  • AEP and Turning 65 appointment scheduling
  • Dental, vision, hearing and ancillary pages included
  • Weekly blog posts on topics relevant to Medicare clients, written and posted for you

Medicare pages that explain the choices

Original Medicare, Medicare Advantage, Medicare Supplement, Part D, and Turning 65 pages, written for people who have never heard the phrase "coverage gap." Every page is reviewed against CMS marketing guidance and updated for the new plan year.

Forms that move people toward a meeting

A Scope of Appointment your clients e-sign from their phone, a scheduling page that only shows the times you're free, and quote and contact forms you can build with the drag-and-drop form builder. Household? The SOA handles a spouse, too.

A blog that runs itself

Weekly Medicare and retirement posts land on your site and go out to your social accounts automatically, so the site looks alive in March, not just October.

The rest of your Medicare marketing, on the same platform

Your website is where it starts. These run alongside it, and we'll show you all of them in one demo.

Built around the Medicare calendar

Turning 65 · all year

T65 pages catch the search traffic; the scheduler books the first conversation; the SOA is signed before you meet.

AEP · Oct 15 to Dec 7

Appointment campaigns go out to your book, clients book themselves, reminders run, and the site stays compliant while you're heads down.

MA OEP · Jan 1 to Mar 31

Plan-change pages and a "not happy with your plan?" form keep you visible when clients are reconsidering.

Off-season

Weekly blog posts, dental and vision cross-sell emails, and review requests keep referrals coming in April.

FAQ

Questions Medicare agents ask us

The compliance ones first, because that's what you're actually wondering.
Is the Medicare content on my site CMS compliant?
The Medicare content library is written and reviewed with CMS marketing guidelines in mind and updated each plan year. You're still responsible for your own edits and any carrier-specific material you add, and your FMO or carrier compliance team can review the site before it goes live.
Does the site include the TPMO disclaimer?
Yes. The disclaimer is part of the Medicare template and sits where CMS expects it. Read more in our post on the TPMO disclaimer for Medicare agent websites.
Can clients sign a Scope of Appointment on my website?
Yes. Clients e-sign from any device, reminders follow up automatically, and the 48-hour window is handled for you. Spouses and households are covered on the same form.
Can clients book AEP appointments through the site?
Yes, on plans that include appointment setting. The scheduler shows only the times you make available, sends confirmations and reminders, and works alongside the appointment campaigns in Automate Your AEP.
Do you have Turning 65 content?
Yes. T65 pages, a Turning 65 blog topic stream, and email campaigns aimed at people approaching 65 are included.
Can I add Medicare Advantage plan details or carrier links?
You can add carrier links, plan finder links and your own pages. We don't publish plan benefit details for you, since those need to come from the carrier's approved materials.
What if I also sell ACA, life or final expense?
Add them. The content library covers health, life, final expense, dental and vision, and you can turn product lines on and off from your site.
How fast can I be live before AEP?
Most sites go live in about 14 days. If AEP is close, tell us on the demo and we'll work to your date.
